My personal goal is to provide educational assistance in excess of 1 million dollars to Pennsylvania residents over the next 5 years.

Operated the first program in the state to help new soldiers prepare to be successful during basic training * advanced individual training. Program became a National model.

Nominated Sergeant of the Year 3 times by his peers.
